Rugby Clinics

M Sports Rugby Skill clinics are specifically designed to cater to the needs of schools, children, parents and teachers.

The clinics are available to children in years 1-6 of primary school. The clinics are in 5-weekly blocks taking place at primary schools nationwide.

Click the “Book now!” to register your child.

The clinics are 45 minutes in duration. The content of the sessions will include lots of specifically-designed, fun exercises and games that are high in movement and include every child, using M Sports supplied rugby equipment. The games are designed according to the ability and age levels of the children which makes for an enjoyable experience.

The games incorporate the skills and techniques used in rugby, helping the children to develop running and movement, passing, visual and spacial awareness, and defending techniques. Children will also experience the opportunity to play in realistic age-specific small sided games 3v3, 4v4, 5v5.

Children will be required to wear a form of sports shoe, either sprigs or runners, preferably no bare feet. A change of clothes into sports apparel, shorts, t-shirts, or tracksuits is advisable but not essential. Many children wear their school uniforms. Parent participation is not required allowing you the freedom to do as you please during the time the M Sports staff work with children.
