REGISTER – To register for a primary school clinic, please click “Book now!” at the bottom of this page. This will take you to a secure external website to complete the registration. Please read the below instructions to register your child.

IMPORTANT
When registering your child on Mind Body:
- Click the “Enrollments” tab and select your school
- To register siblings you require a second email address to the one used for the first child.
- Please do not add your sibling as a “Family Member”.
- You will receive a confirmation email for your booking. This email will provide the sibling code and the next stages to register your sibling/s.
Credit/Debit Card: Please note using a credit card incurs a 2.75% surcharge.
